I volunteered to paint a piano!

Wellsboro has joined the "Play me, I'm yours" movement which began a few years ago in many cities across the globe. Unwanted pianos are painted and place outside for passerbys to play. It has become a great way to support the visual and preforming arts.
I was introduced to my piano in the Warehouse. I sanded, primed and painted along with 4 other groups and individuals.
The pianos will be place outside tomorrow in Wellsboro, PA. It is the last day of the State Laurel Festival.
A local lady passed through to see our work and, when she saw the moon on the back of my piano, she sat down and played "Moonlight Serenade"
